Sophus Juncker-Jensen (Danish, 1859-1940) Juncker Jensen apprenticed under photographer Gottlieb Stockel in Ronne, and then under JE Bogh in Arhus. In 1888, he was the exclusive photographer allowed to set up a studio in the Nordic Industry, Agriculture and Art Exhibition in Copenhagen. He then established a studio in Copenhagen in 1894, and was a highly sought after portrait photographer. His son, Jens Juncker-Jensen, took his studio over and ran it until 1974. He is represented in several museums.
