Soren Edsberg (Danish-American, 1945- ) Edsberg is the son of Knud Edsberg, also a painter. Both are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He primarily paints farm animals, as well as abstract works many of which he inscribed scripture on. In 1987 Edsberg moved from Denmark to Utah, where he taught at Brigham Young University, and runs Hope Gallery in Salt Lake City and Provo.
