All of our handmade stainless hardware is fully guaranteed for a lifetime of service to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship, with the exception of brass bridge saddles that are subject to string wear and eventually need to be replaced.

ALL SALES ARE SUBJECT TO A 24 HOUR INSPECTION PERIOD. ANY DISSATISFACTION MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN THIS PERIOD IN ORDER FOR US TO ACCEPT A RETURN. NOT WITHSTANDING THIS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

There will be NO EXECPTIONS to our policies.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

U.S. DOMESTIC

All prices are U.S. currency ONLY and are based on the actual weight of the purchased item.

We use FEDEX except for post office box and APO addresses (U.S. Mail).

All guitars are shipped 2-day, and hardware is shipped FEDEX ground unless otherwise selected (FEDEX Ground).

INTERNATIONAL

International customers will be charged our cost for all shipments. Vintique reserves the right to approve or disapprove any international sale.
