Our line of stainless hardware wouldn't be complete without offering a control plate of the same high quality. Our plate offers complete protection against corrosion due to contact with sweaty, oily hands in the area where occurs most.
Another unique feature of our stainless control plate is that it provides some (RFI, EMI) shield over the control cavity to help filter out unwanted noise and interference.
Dimensionally, our control plates are exact replicas of 1953 stock and will retrofit any Tele style guitar. If the pickguard on your present instrument is not the exact dimensions of vintage USA-made stock, the contact area of your present pickguard may need modification to accept our control plate.
